Arrival / Departure

When planning your trip please keep in mind that your room is available from 2pm on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. If you arrive after 6pm we ask you to please inform us by giving us a call.

Pets

We ask all guests to understand that we cannot accept any more pets (dogs already accepted: € 10 per day / without food - no access to the dining room, hall and lawn).

Cancellation fees

The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Together with our partner, the European Travel Insurance Group "Europäischen Reiseversicherung AG”, we can offer you an attractive trip cancellation insurance policy. We will be pleased to inform you about further details. Should you be interested in taking out travel cancellation insurance, please inform us at the time of your booking.

Reserving specific room numbers

We are only able to reserve certain room categories, but not specific room numbers or specific floors. We apologize for this.

Credit cards

We accept cash and bank cards (EC card) only.
We are sorry, but we do not accept credit cards.

Down payment

A down payment is not mandatory in order to fix a booking.

Non smoking / smoking

Please note that no smoking is allowed in the dining room.

Daily paper

At the reception desk you will find the following daily newspapers: FAZ, Die Welt, Handelsblatt, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Die Zeit, Bunte, Vogue, Spiegel and Tiroler Tageszeitung.
