Cancellation policy

Something can always happen ...

Please inform us in writing if you cannot take your vacation as planned.

First and foremost, we will try to rent your room immediately to other guests, so that no cancellation fees apply for you. In the event that we are not able to further rent your room, we are partners of the Europäischen Reiseversicherung (European travel insurance).

We therefore recommend "just in case" that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This travel cancellation insurance can be easily concluded:

• at www.europaeische.at: take out your travel cancellation insurance online using your credit card.
• If you prefer to pay by bank deposit, just send us a short note and we will be happy to send the payment slip to you by post or by fax.

Our hotel number is automatically saved by the insurance in all three cases, so you do not have to worry about the proper allocation of your payment.

Cost for the guest at the time of cancellation:

• up to 30 days prior to travel: free
• up to 14 days prior to travel 50% of the ¾-board price
• within 13 days of travel 50% of the ¾-board price
• Late arrival / early departure 80% of the ¾-board price
